Orders & Payment

Your order confirmation email acknowledges we've received your order — it doesn't guarantee acceptance. In rare cases, we may need to cancel or limit orders (for example, if an item is out of stock or there's a pricing error). If this happens, we'll notify you promptly and refund any payment taken.

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip Pay. We may occasionally request additional verification for security purposes.

We monitor transactions for fraud. If we detect suspicious activity, we may cancel orders, request additional verification, or refuse service. Any data collected for fraud prevention is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Pricing & Currency

We accept orders for shipping to Australia, New Zealand, and select international destinations.

Orders shipped within Australia are billed in Australian Dollars (AUD)
Orders shipped to New Zealand are billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
Orders to other international destinations are billed in USD or the local currency of your country, as shown at checkout once you enter your shipping address

International customers may incur additional bank fees or currency conversion charges from their payment provider.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at that price. If your payment has already been processed, we'll issue a full refund immediately.

Accuracy of Information

We make every effort to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, we don't guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

Information on this site is provided for general purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. We may update or correct information at any time without notice.

Product Images & Colours

We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to differences in monitors, screens, and lighting conditions. We cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the true colour of a product.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes shown at checkout and in confirmation emails are estimates only. Delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, or high-demand periods.

If you've ordered multiple items and some are out of stock, we may ship available items first and send the rest when ready. We'll email you if this happens.

We're not liable for delays caused by couriers, but we'll do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.

Changing Your Delivery Address

Please double-check your address at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, we can't change the delivery address.

If you notice an error before dispatch, contact us immediately at help@zoomlite.com.au and we'll do our best to update it. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by you.

International Orders & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

We cannot predict customs charges as they vary by country. For more information, contact your local customs office.

We cannot mark orders as "gifts" to reduce customs fees. If you refuse to pay customs charges and your parcel is abandoned, we cannot offer a refund.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Zoomlite products. If you're not completely happy, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Extended returns for luggage: Certain luggage items are eligible for a 100-day return period. This will be indicated on the product page. All other return conditions still apply.

To be eligible for return:

Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached
Original packaging should be included where possible

How to return:

Visit our returns portal at zoomlite.com.au/a/returnzap to start your return. We recommend using tracked shipping as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund processing:

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Bundle & Set Returns

When you return part of a bundle or promotional offer, we recalculate your order based on the items you're keeping. The difference between what you originally paid and the recalculated total is your refund.

How it works:

We look at the items you're keeping
If they still qualify for bundle or promotional pricing, that discount is applied
If they no longer qualify (e.g., you're now keeping fewer items than required for the bundle discount), they're priced at full retail
Your refund is the difference between what you paid and the new total

Example 1 — Still qualifies for bundle pricing:

You purchase 9 packing cubes through our "Build Your Own Bundle" offer, which gives a discount when you buy 6 or more. You want to return 2 cubes.

You're keeping 7 cubes, which still qualifies for the bundle discount
Your order is recalculated at the discounted bundle pricing for 7 cubes
Your refund is the difference between your original payment and the new total

Example 2 — No longer qualifies for bundle pricing:

You purchase 6 packing cubes through the same bundle offer. You want to return 3 cubes.

You're keeping 3 cubes, which no longer meets the minimum of 6 for the bundle discount
Your order is recalculated at full retail price for 3 cubes
If the full retail price of 3 cubes equals or exceeds what you originally paid for 6, no refund will be issued

Why this policy?

Bundle pricing reflects a discount for purchasing items together. This policy ensures you receive fair pricing based on what you're actually keeping, while protecting the integrity of our bundle offers.

Our team will confirm the exact refund amount before processing your return.

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards
Items marked as final sale
Items returned outside the return window (unless faulty)

Cancelling Your Order

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at help@zoomlite.com.au.

If your order hasn't been dispatched, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it's already on its way, you can return it once received under our standard returns policy.

Warranty & Repairs

All Zoomlite products are covered by our warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Standard warranty: 1 year on most products
Luggage warranty: 10 years on luggage items

The specific warranty period for each product is displayed on its product page.

If your product is faulty, contact us at help@zoomlite.com.au with your order number and photos of the issue. Depending on the fault, we'll offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Warranty doesn't cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.

In some cases, faulty items cannot be repaired and a replacement or refund will be offered. We'll keep you informed throughout the process and resolve issues as quickly as possible.

Our Liability

We take care to ensure our website is accurate and functional, but we can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you're entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor faults, we'll repair the item within a reasonable time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zoomlite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zoomlite Australia Pty Ltd, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your breach of these terms
Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
Your misuse of our website or services

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional codes are valid for the period specified and can only be used once unless stated otherwise
Only one promotion or discount code can be used per order
Promotions don't apply to gift cards, shipping costs, or previous orders
Minimum spend requirements exclude shipping costs and gift card payments
If you return an item purchased with a promotion, you'll be refunded the discounted price paid
We reserve the right to end promotions early or modify terms at any time
Promotional pricing and free gifts are available while stocks last

Customer Reviews & Comments

By submitting a review, comment, photo, or other content to our website, you grant Zoomlite a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide right to use, publish, modify, and display that content in any format, including for marketing purposes.
