Warranty
All Zoomlite products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Covered under warranty:
- Zippers -- not functioning due to a production error
- Stitching -- issues arising from a manufacturing defect
- Hardware -- buckles, clasps or other components failing due to production error
Not covered: misuse, accidents, external damage, or normal wear and tear.
Returns
Change of mind? Return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Kit pricing applies to the complete kit. If you return one item, the kit discount no longer applies and your refund is calculated pro rata against the full retail price of the item you keep.
