Yes, any items not in stock are shown as "Sold Out" or "Pre-Order".

Pre-Order items are clearly shown as pre-order with an expected shipping date.

All pre-orders are shown with an expected shipping date. Sometimes these dates are subject to delays due to unexpected shipping delays or recent industrial action at Melbourne ports.

Any order with an pre-order item will be held back for shipment until all items are in stock. If you want in stock items to ship immediately please place seperate orders.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us, unused, with product packaging and tags within 30 days for a full refund of the product cost (this excludes any shipping charges). We recommend you use a tracked shipping service to return products, so that you can keep an eye on its location.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Zoomlite website and must be unused and in their original condition, and sent back to Zoomlite at the expense of the customer.

Shipping costs associated with returned items are non-refundable. 

Please include a copy of your purchase receipt (mentioning the order number), with a brief note describing the reason for the return. If you don’t have your receipt, please make sure you include your order number, name and address inside the parcel.
