To answer this question, we first have to know the type of luggage you have and the size of your bag or suitcase. Chances are, your luggage falls into one of these categories above.

The X-Small ( 22 x 15 x 8 cms) is great for kids' clothes, first aid, medication, undergarments & smaller items. Fit up to 8-10 kids tee's
The Small ( 27 x 19 x 8 cms) is great for tees, pj's, leggings, and activewear. tees, Fit up to 8 adult tees.
The Medium ( 36 x 25 x 12 cms) is great for dresses, jeans, shorts, shirts, and even shoes. Fit up to 15 adult shirts
The Large (43 x 33 x 12 cms) is great for heavy jumpers, jackets, and bulky items. Easily fit 3-5 adult jackets and jumpers.

The Small (27 x 19 x 10 cms) is great for tees, pj's, leggings, and activewear. Fit up to 8 adult tees.
The Medium (37 x 25 x 12 cms) is great for dresses, jeans, shorts, and shirts. Fit up to 15 adult shirts
The Large (44 x 34 x 12 cms) is great for heavy jumpers, puffer jackets, and bulky items. Easily fit 3-5 adult jackets and jumpers.

The answer is not one size fits all - it depends on what exactly you plan on traveling with. However, we'll discuss size and quantity recommendations based on different luggage sizes below.
In a large suitcase you can get easily fit 2 Large and 2 Medium Zoomlite cubes. We recommend that you look at filling the balance of the space with 4 to 6 small and extra small Zoomlite cubes. You will also be able to add shoe bags and toilet bags to finish your packing. If there are multiple people travelling or you have multiple pieces of luggage look at our larger bundles which give you great value and a good spread of sizes.
The Large cubes are very generous in size and will take up about half of your medium case if you pack it out completley.
It would be best to use 2-3 Medium cubes and 4-6 smaller and extra-small cubes.
Avoid getting large cubes for backpacks. Small and extra small cubes are ideal for backpacks. We highly recommend going for compression cubes when packing a backpack. If you are travelling with a large backpack, then 1-2 Medium cubes will work well to maximise your packing space.
Small and Extra Small cubes are perfect for carry on bags. Again our small compression cubes will be ideal as long as you dont overpack and exceed the carry on weight requirements.
