The Essentials

Set it up, understand the key functions and get ready to use it.

Choose the right travel plug

Use the built-in foldable US pins or attach the included AU, EU or UK plug for your destination. The charger supports 100–240V input, so it can be used across international mains voltages where the plug type is compatible.

Helpful Tip: Check the socket type used at your destination before you travel, as plug standards can vary even within the same region.

Use your charger safely

Keep the charger dry and allow air to circulate around it while in use. Unplug it before cleaning and stop using it if the charger, plug attachment or cable becomes damaged. Built-in protection helps guard against overload, over-voltage, over-current and short circuit.

Helpful Tip: Some warmth during fast charging is normal, but stop using the charger if it becomes unusually hot or shows signs of damage.

Choose the right charging port

The charger has two USB-C ports and one USB-A port. Either USB-C port can deliver up to 65W when used on its own, making it the best choice for laptops and other higher-power devices. The USB-A port can deliver up to 30W when used alone.

Helpful Tip: For the fastest laptop charging, connect the laptop to either USB-C port and avoid using the other ports at the same time.

Make the Most of It

Practical tips and ideas to help you use it more effectively.

Charge up to three devices

You can charge up to three devices at the same time. When more than one port is in use, the charger automatically shares its available power between the connected devices rather than delivering 65W to each port.

Helpful Tip: If one device needs the fastest possible charge, disconnect the others temporarily and use a USB-C port on its own.

Big power in a tiny charger

At just 46 × 60 × 28mm and 100g, the charger is compact enough for a tech pouch, backpack or carry-on, while still providing enough power to charge a laptop, phone and smaller devices from one adapter.

Helpful Tip: Use one charger for your laptop, phone and earbuds to reduce the number of power adapters you carry.

Can all three devices charge at 65W?

No. The charger provides up to 65W from a single USB-C port when used alone. When multiple ports are used, the available power is shared between devices. For example, USB-C1 + USB-C2 or USB-C1 + USB-A can provide up to 45W + 18W.

Will it work with my phone or tablet?

It works with most USB-C and USB-A powered phones, tablets and travel devices when used with a compatible charging cable. The charger automatically supplies power according to the connected device and supported charging standard.

Good to Know

Answers to the questions customers ask most often.

Does it convert voltage?

The charger accepts 100–240V input, which means it can operate on the mains voltage used in most countries. The included plug attachments change the physical plug shape only; they do not convert voltage for other appliances.

Can it charge my laptop?

It can charge most laptops that support USB-C charging, including many MacBooks and Windows laptops. Charging speed may differ from your original charger depending on the laptop and its power requirements.

What is GaN and why does it matter?

GaN stands for Gallium Nitride. It allows a charger to deliver high power more efficiently from a smaller, lighter design than many traditional chargers, which is why this 65W charger can remain compact enough for travel.

Which countries can I use it in?

The built-in US pins plus the included AU, EU and UK plug attachments cover most common travel destinations. Socket types can vary by country and region, so check the plug standard used at your destination before travelling.
