Covered under warranty:

Zippers -- not functioning due to a production error
Stitching -- issues arising from a manufacturing defect
Hardware -- buckles, clasps or other components failing due to production error

Not covered: misuse, accidents, external damage, or normal wear and tear.

Returns

Change of mind? Return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
