Can I return just one item from the set?
Yes. Each piece can be returned on its own within its returns window. Your refund is that item's share of the set price, shown on the order.
Can I choose a different colour for each piece?
Where a piece comes in more than one colour, you pick it on this page before adding the set to your cart. Pieces with no picker come in the colour shown.
Is the warranty the same for every piece?
Each piece carries its own warranty: 10 years on Zoomlite luggage, 12 months on bags and accessories. The Warranty row above lists what applies to this set.

Yes. The Glide Elite Carry-On Pro measures 56 × 35.5 × 23 cm, which meets carry-on requirements for Qantas, Virgin Australia, Jetstar, and most international carriers. If you're flying a regional or charter carrier, check their specific size limits before you travel.
How are the Glide Elite suitcases extra sturdy?
The Glide Elite is made from Aerospace-grade German polycarbonate which resists cracking and impact. This extra strong material is reinforced with a rivetless aluminium frame around the sides of the case, which adds strength and resilience without adding too much weight. Does the Glide Elite Carryon come in matching check-in sizes?
Yes, the Glide Elite comes as a full set. The Medium Check-in (64 cm, 62 L) and Large Check-in (76 cm, 5.3 kg) use the same front-opening design, reinforced aluminium frame, and ZeroRoll wheel brakes. The Carry-On can nest in the Medium & Large Check-In's.
Does the front pocket reduce how much I can pack?
A little. The laptop front pocket sits in the front half of the case and takes some depth from the main cavity, it's its own compartment, not additional space on top of the 32 L. The trade-off is a dedicated pocket for your laptop and documents that you can reach without opening the whole case. Zoomlite packing cubes help you use the main cavity efficiently.
What if I don't travel with a laptop?
The laptop front pocket works for anything flat, a tablet, documents, a book. And if you don't need it at all, the front-opening panel on the Glide Elite Carryon Pro still gives you full access to your packing space. You don't need a laptop for the case to work the way it's designed to.

How does the Zero Roll wheel brake actually work?
There's a slim lever on the side of the case, just near the carry handle. Slide it to engage Zero Roll – the front wheels lock instantly. Press the button to release. No electronics, no fuss. One second, and your bag isn't going anywhere.
Is it carry-on compliant for Qantas, Virgin, and Jetstar?
Yes. The Glide Elite Carry-On is 55 × 40 × 20 cm, which meets the carry-on allowance for Qantas and Virgin Australia. Jetstar's allowance is slightly smaller – we recommend checking their current policy as it can vary by fare type. When in doubt, the Check-In M is your worry-free option.
