Is this washable?
Yes, simply unzip the cover and we recommend a gentle hand wash and hang to dry away from direct heat or sunlight. Once dry replace the cover using the same method but in reverse.
How do I adjust this so it does not fall off my neck?
You will find 2 spring loaded toggles at the ends of the pillow. One of those toggles has a pin which goes into a hole on the other toggle. Simply align and push it in gently. To release gently squeeze the button near the join. You can now adjust the cord thru the spring loaded toggles for a loose or a snug fit on your neck and shoulders.
Can I use it both ways?
Simply turn your pillow around the other way to provide you with the best level of support needed.
How to I attach this to my carryon?
You can fold and squeeze this back into its carry case and clip it onto your handbag, trousers or carry-on. Alternatively using the spring toggle attachment you can connect it thru your bag straps.
