Loading...As usual the service from Zoomlite was absolutely great, however I was very disappointed with the product as the online advertising was misleading, albeit unintentionally. The dimensions given included the wheels and handle, but when I bought the suitcase this was not mentioned on the website. Because of this the case was substantially smaller than I expected and not what I wanted, so I decided to return the case. Zoomlite's return service was very easy. The specifications on the website have now been altered to reflect this, which is helpful.
Perhaps it would be useful to adjust the specifications further, by adding the internal dimensions of the case (and of the other cases too).
However the product itself was of a good quality and when I receive the refund I will certainly be purchasing the larger size suitcase from your site.
I have no hesitation in recommending this product (even though it didn't suit my needs), or others from your company.
