    • Carrier Delays: Please note that there still some delays caused due to Covid and other logistical issues from time to time, our carrier partners are experiencing significant parcel processing delays. You can expect an average delay of 3+ days beyond the normal delivery times for your area. Please refer to the Australia Post website here and here for updated information 
    • Despatch Date - Shipping Cutoff: Orders placed by 11 am (Melbourne time) on weekdays (excluding public holidays) will usually ship out that same day. Orders placed on weekends or after 11 am will ship out within the next 1-2 business days.
    • Tracking: All orders are trackable and we will provide a tracking link automatically upon despatch.
    • Delivery Estimate: The above timeframes are average estimates, based on information provided by the carriers. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee when the carrier will deliver.
    • Remote Areas: Given Australia's vast size, remote areas of WA, NT, QLD, SA & TAS may take up to 14 days to arrive with standard shipping. Please check with Australia Post shipping estimates if you're in a remote area and you are concerned with delivery times. The despatch postcode is 3195. Alternatively, you can contact us via email support@zoomlite.com.au for assistance. Please let us know the item you are interested in, your delivery suburb & postcode and when you need the item by. 
    • Premium delivery: Overnight delivery may be possible if you are in the Express Post & StarTrack Express Overnight Network. Remote areas or areas outside the Express Post & StarTrack Express Overnight Network will ship by the fastest available service.
    • Bulky items: Please select Standard shipping for bulky items (eg luggage & large backpacks), they cannot be shipped via our Premium services. There may be additional charges applicable - which will be advised to you when we receive your order
    • ATL (Authority to Leave): We recommend choosing an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel during business hours. By default all Premium deliveries will have an automatic Authority To Leave (Signature Not Required- Leave in safe place). An ATL means the buyer accepts responsibility for any claims for missing packages left by the courier. If you prefer to have signature on delivery we recommend the use of Australia Post's free Parcel Locker Service, it is quick to set up and offers email & SMS notifications. For more details click here.  Alternatively we recommend providing a business address to assist the safe & timely delivery of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. We also cannot provide you with an exact time of when delivery will be made to your premises.
    • PO Boxes: Orders can be shipped to valid Australian PO Boxes and/or Parcel Lockers.
    • Delivery Companies: Your order will ship via eParcel Standard, eParcel Express or StarTrack Express, at our discretion and depending on the service paid for by you. These carriers may change without prior notice.
    • Parcels in Transit: Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is in the custody of the relevant postal service / courier company. Upon despatch, an automatic email will be sent to you with a tracking number, this number will be live within a few hours.  Any enquiries during transit need to be made directly to the carrier. If your parcel does not reach you within the estimated delivery time, please notify us and we will chase it up with the carrier for you. 
    • Wrongly addressed parcels: Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address. We take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.
    • Melbourne Pickup - Braeside, Victoria: Pickup is possible by prior arrangement. Please put PICKUP in the order notes, finalise and pay for your order. We will then process your order and email you when your order is ready for pickup along with the pickup address. You can make arrangements to pickup your order Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm (excluding public holidays). Pickup is available as long as we have the item in stock

    • Shipping Carrier: We offer Express Post courier shipping with tracking on orders to New Zealand.
    • Tracking: All orders are trackable and we will provide a tracking link automatically upon despatch.
    • Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 1 pm NZST will be usually packed and sent same day, from Melbourne - Australia.
    • Additional Charges: Orders equivalent to NZ$225 and above may incur GST, duties or customs charges by NZ Customs. These charges must be paid by the recipient directly to NZ Customs or its authorised service provider before the parcel will be successfully delivered. Zoomlite is not responsible for paying or reimbursing the customer for any local customs, GST or any other charges.
    • Customs value:  Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your order. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your order, and in unusual cases may delay delivery.
    • Payment currency used: You can shop at Zoomlite in major international currencies - AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, HKD, JPY, NZD, SGD, USD. As long as you checkout using these currencies and not Paypal you will be charged in the currency of your choice. In the event you select Paypal you will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) As you are buying from an Australian company Paypal will charge you for your order in Australian dollars. Note:- your financial services provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on purchases and any refunds we provide.
