Our Returns Policy is outlined below



If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase or if a wrong item was supplied or if the product supplied has some defect, we will gladly accept the item back.


You can return your purchase as long as you meet the following:-

Item(s) need to be returned

1. within 30 days of purchase;

2. Unused with the original tags still attached and

3. In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

You are responsible for safely packaging your return to ensure we receive the items in the same condition as we supplied it.

Can I return Sale items ?

Yes, you can return sale items unless stated otherwise (subject to the Australian Consumer Law). We will always let you know if a particular sale or promotion excludes returns. Returns on sale items can only be put towards an in store credit.


To exchange your item for a different item or colour, log in to your account and complete our online returns form. If you do not have an account, you can create one, so send your return back to us as soon as possible to avoid missing out. If available, your new item will be on hold for 14 days (to allow for your return, after which it will automatically be taken off hold)



If you paid via Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.

Part Credit Card, part voucher: The amount you paid with credit card will be credited back into the same account, and we will reissue you with a new voucher. Please note, courtesy vouchers aren't included in this, as they are a courtesy for you being such an excellent customer!

We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. Please remember, your financial institution can take a few extra days to get the refund back into your account.

If you have changed your mind: If you would like a different colour or a completely different item, contact our Customer Service team to initiate a refund and place a new order.

If your item is faulty: We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item with a defect, please contact our Customer Service team, so they can guide you through the returns process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note that if you can provide a photo showing the defect/fault, it will speed up the returns process for you. The item will be assessed by our Customer Service Centre and we may also consult with the manufacturer to determine if the item is faulty. If the item is found to be faulty, then you will receive a full refund for that item including the delivery charges unless the delivery charge has previously been refunded for that order.

If you received an item you didn't order: If you have received an item different to the one you ordered, please contact our Customer Service team who will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

You may return any full priced purchased item which is new and still in its original, unused, unmarked and unwashed condition within 30 days of your order delivery date. We aim to provide you with the best online shopping experience and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.   We accept returns on Sale items for an in-store Credit only. Please complete the Returns Form included with your order and send off with your return promptly. Upon inspecting the returned item, we will then gladly credit your original method of payment, minus the original shipping cost (if applicable). If you wish to exchange an item, you can elect for a credit note or you can make a new purchase online and request a refund on your return. Please allow up to 14 working days for your Refund to be processed and issued. We take the utmost care to ensure that all items are quality controlled and checked before they are dispatched however, we do strongly advise that all items are checked on by you on receipt of your order to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note it is the customer's responsibility to check the items for sizes and colours in the provided time frame. Any returned items that have been used, damaged or altered from their original condition will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs unless the item was faulty or not as ordered. Eligible item(s) must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the item shipped date or as otherwise stated on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unmarked, unwashed and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging, including: plastic wrap, hang tags, swing tags, dust bags and gift boxes. On rare occasions we may decline to offer a refund if your return is after the Return Policy expires, if the products are marked, damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original and undamaged packaging. For returns from orders that included a delivery charge, only the cost of the items returned will be refunded.
