Do the Zoomlite anti-theft bags have a steel mesh or steel wires?


Yes, the Zoomlite Metroshield Anti-Theft range has steel wire through the handles so that if a thief tries to cut your bag strap to steal your bag they are unable to cut the whole way through your strap. Steel mesh is used on the front, bottom and side panels of the bag so that if a bag slasher cuts your bag your belongings will stay safely in your bag, and not fall into their hands.



How do I enable my RFID wallet or bag?


If you have ordered a RFID protected bag or wallet from Zoomlite it will already be enabled with RFID blocking technology. The blocking material is built into the bag or wallet and does not need further enabling. If your bag or wallet comes with cards explaining the RFID feature these cards do not need to be kept in the wallet for the RFID blocking technology to work.


How do I know which section is RFID safe in the anti-theft bags?


Zoomlite Metroshield bags come with dedicated RFID safe pockets or sections.  The safe sections are now identified by the printed lining showing the RFID symbol


How do I set my secret combination on the TSA lock ?


The instructions for setting the lock are as follows. The original number is 0-0-0. To set your personal combination, follow these steps:
  • Put the dials at its original numbers 0-0-0;
  • Press down the reset button (next to the lock’s teeth - you may need a pin to do this) until you hear a “click” sound
  • Lockable pickpocket proof compartments
  • Set your combination by turning the dials, for example 8-8-8. Then,push the button next to the dials.  This will make the reset button re-engage and you will hear a “click” sound

Now you have finished setting your personal combination. Please remember your personal combination by heart or write it down in a safe place. Please repeat the above steps to reset the numbers.


WARNING: If the TSA cylinder is opened, please pay attention to lock it again by turning it to the red dot position using a clockwise direction (Any tool which can be inserted in the cylinder is OK)


I have forgotten my combination on my TSA lock, what do i do ?


Unfortunately, there is no way to reopen a lock without the combination.  If the zip pullers are not locked into the lock you may be able to replace the lock with a new one.  If this occurs, please contact us for a price on having a new lock sent to you.   When setting your lock, please choose the combination carefully and ensure it is a combination you will remember.

What is your return/exchange policy?


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund (except for any shipping charges). Please note that items returned within 30 days can be refunded to the original payment source.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the Zoomlite website and must be unused and in their original condition and sent back to Zoomlite at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable. Please include a copy of your receipt.

When do you ship?


We ship orders every day ( Monday - Friday) excluding Victorian public holidays. If we receive your order before 12 PM( noon) we will usually ship your order the same day.  In the case that an order is placed for an out of stock item, we will contact you to advise a delivery date or offer you an option of a refund.


What are your average delivery times?

Do you have an Express delivery option for urgent deliveries?


Yes, you can select Express Post at checkout at an additional cost for all orders within Australia. Express Post guarantees next business day delivery to over 80% of Australian business addresses. Do you have a minimum order amount?


No, Zoomlite has no minimum order amount . All orders over $50 enjoy free delivery in Australia.



Do you accept international orders?


Yes, we ship to the following destinations - New Zealand, U.S.A & Canada, U.K, EU, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong. However, we do not ship any bulky items like luggage to international destinations.


There is a flat $20 charge for international shipping for all shipments up to 20 Kgs in weight.

Do you accept phone orders?

What forms of payment do you accept?


We accept most major credit cards like Visa, Master Card, American Express or payments through Paypal.


How secure is your store?


Zoomlite uses PayPal and Stripe to accept your payments. Stripe is PCI compliant and automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). You can also choose to use the Paypal gateway to make payments using your Paypal account or choose to pay by your credit card using the Paypal gateway.

Is there a warranty on Zoomlite products?


Yes, we normally offer a 12 month manufacturers warranty on our products. Certain products have a longer warranty. Specific warranty on each product is available on the individual product pages. Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, damage in transit, accidental damage or theft.
