Warranty
All Zoomlite products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Covered under warranty:
- Zippers -- not functioning due to a production error
- Stitching -- issues arising from a manufacturing defect
- Hardware -- buckles, clasps or other components failing due to production error
Not covered: misuse, accidents, external damage, or normal wear and tear.
Returns
Change of mind? Return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Warranty
All Zoomlite luggage comes with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Covered under warranty:
- Wheels -- manufacturing defects affecting rolling performance
- Handles -- production faults with telescopic or carry handles
- Zippers -- failure due to production fault
Not covered: airline damage, misuse or mishandling, normal wear and tear.
Returns
Not happy with your luggage? Return it within 100 days for a full refund.

Can I return just one item from the set?
Yes. Each piece can be returned on its own within its returns window. Your refund is that item's share of the set price, shown on the order.
Can I choose a different colour for each piece?
Where a piece comes in more than one colour, you pick it on this page before adding the set to your cart. Pieces with no picker come in the colour shown.
Is the warranty the same for every piece?
Each piece carries its own warranty: 10 years on Zoomlite luggage, 12 months on bags and accessories. The Warranty row above lists what applies to this set.
