Conditions of Entry
Luggage Giveaway
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Zoomlite Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 87 007 301 895), of 2/80 Mills Road, Braeside VIC 3195, Australia (“Promoter”). Information on “How to Enter” and the prizes forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents only, except employees of Zoomlite and their immediate families. Entrants must be over 18 years of age or have permission from their parent or guardian.
3. Promotional period
The promotional period starts at 12:00am (Melbourne time) on [14 October 2026] and ends at 11:59pm (Melbourne time, AEDT) on Thursday 29 October 2026 (“Promotional Period”).
4. How to enter
To enter, complete the competition entry form on the giveaway page during the Promotional Period. No purchase is necessary. It’s your responsibility to make sure all details are complete and correct before you submit. Entries that don’t follow these Conditions of Entry, or that are received after entries close, won’t be considered. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disregarded.
5. Emails and SMS
By entering and providing your details, you agree to receive emails from Zoomlite about offers and information we think may interest you. You can unsubscribe from every email we send. If you also tick the SMS box on the entry form, you consent to receive text messages about new products, sales and giveaways, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
6. Prizes
There are two prizes: two sets of Glide Elite luggage.
- Each set has 3 pieces: a Carry-On, a Medium Check-In and a Large Check-In.
- One set is in Midnight and one is in Pebble. The Promoter will assign the colours randomly to the two winners. Winners cannot choose their colour.
- RRP is $1,100 per set (total prize pool RRP $2,200).
- Delivery to a winner’s Australian address is at the Promoter’s cost.
All prizes must be taken as offered. A prize, or any unused portion of it, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
7. The draw
The winners will be chosen at random at 2/80 Mills Road, Braeside VIC 3195 at 12:00pm (Melbourne time, AEDT) on 30 October 2026. The winners will be notified by email, to the address provided on the entry form, and their details may be posted on the competition page.
8. Claiming a prize
Prizes must be claimed before 10 November 2026, otherwise a redraw may occur. If a prize is not claimed, or a winner can’t be contacted or is ineligible, a redraw may occur. The Promoter may ask winners for proof of identity and proof of Australian residency in order to claim the prize. What counts as proof is at the Promoter’s judgment.
9. General
The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. The judge’s decision on any aspect of the giveaway is final and binding on every person who enters. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
If for any reason this giveaway can’t run as planned (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the Promoter’s control that affects its administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct), the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend it, in accordance with all state and territory regulations.
10. Privacy
The Promoter collects your name, email address and mobile number to run the giveaway, contact winners and, as set out in section 5, send marketing. Your details may be shared with service providers that help run it, such as our email and SMS platform, e-commerce platform and delivery carriers. To remove your information from our records, email help@zoomlite.com.au with your name, phone number and your request. Our Privacy Policy is at zoomlite.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.
11. Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for any error, omission, destruction of, or unauthorised access to, or alteration of entries occurring in relation to the giveaway. To the full extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable to you for any claim for any loss or damage whatsoever (including consequential, indirect, special, punitive or incidental damages) or for any personal injury suffered by you as a result of or in connection with the giveaway. This does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
12. Not affiliated with Meta
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Meta from any liability in connection with it. Entrants are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Meta.
13. Governing law
These conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
