All new Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. You will no longer be considered a ‘new’ customer once you have fully paid off your first order 6 weeks later. For any order thereafter, your first payment will only be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase and your last payment deducted 8 weeks after purchase. The full payment schedule will be provided to you at the time of purchase.

How do you use Afterpay?

Important Information

The payment arrangement is made with Afterpay and they will approve payments at the time of order. For first time Afterpay customers the first payment will be charged at the time of purchase. Existing Afterpay customers' first payment will be charged 14 days from the date of purchase. Should you need to return your items, and your items are faulty, you are eligible for a refund via Afterpay and we can cancel the payment plan. If you fail to make a payment Afterpay will charge you a late payment fee of $10 and an incremental $7 late fee for each week the order is overdue.

The payment arrangement is made with Zippay and they will approve payments at the time of order. Apply once and you will get a decision on the spot. If approved, you can use your account immediately to purchase wherever you see Zip Pay at checkout. We get paid by Zippay your behalf and your purchase can be dispatched or taken home straight away. You simply pay Zippay back over time at a frequency to suit your lifestyle, and pay no interest ever.

 A $6 Account fee applies, however this monthly fee is waived if the balance is paid by the due date. No balance, no fees. A late fee of $5 may be charged if you do not make the minimum monthly repayment within 3 weeks of the due date. That's it. You won't find any other fees hidden in the small print. And remember, you'll never be charged interest on a Zip Pay purchase.
