  • Shipping Cutoff: Orders placed by 12 noon (Melbourne time) on weekdays (excluding public holidays) will ship out that same day. Orders placed on weekends or after 12 noon will ship out on the next business day.
  • Free Shipping: Standard Shipping is free for your order over the value of $50 anywhere in Australia.
  • Tracking: All orders are trackable and we will provide a tracking link automatically upon despatch.
  • Delivery Speed: These timeframes are average estimates, based on information provided by the carriers. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee when the carrier will deliver.
  • Remote Areas: Given Australia's vast size, remote areas of WA, NT, QLD, SA & TAS may take up to 13 days to arrive regardless of shipping method chosen. Please check with Australia Post shipping estimates if you're in a remote area and you are concerned with delivery times. The despatch postcode is 3189. Alternatively, you can contact us via email support@zoomlite.com.au for assistance. Please let us know the item you are interested in, your delivery suburb & postcode and when you need the item by. 
  • Premium delivery: Overnight delivery may be possible if you are in the Express Post & StarTrack Express Overnight Network. Remote areas or areas outside the Express Post & StarTrack Express Overnight Network will ship by the fastest available service. 
  • Bulky items: Please choose Standard shipping for bulky items (eg luggage & large backpacks). For bulky deliveries to remote areas we reserve the right to charge an additional shipping fee.  This will be quoted for your acceptance before despatch.  If you refuse the remote delivery fee your order will be cancelled and payment refunded to your original payment method. 
  • ATL (Authority to Leave): We recommend choosing an address where someone will be available to sign for your parcel. By default all Star Track deliveries will have an Authority To Leave (Signature Not Required- Leave in safe place). If you prefer to have signature on delivery we recommend the use of Australia Post's (free) Parcel Locker Service, it takes minutes to sign up if you don't already have one and offers email and SMS notifications for your parcel's journey to you, and email and SMS notifications when your parcel arrives. For more details click here.  Alternatively we recommend providing a business address to assist the safe & timely delivery of your order. If you do not provide a business address and delivery is attempted while no one is home, the courier driver will leave your parcel in a secure location on your property. An ATL means the buyer accepts all responsibility for any claims for missing packages left by the courier. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. We also cannot provide you with an exact time of when delivery will be made to your premises, as this depends on the driver's run in your location on the day of delivery.
  • Delivery Companies: Your order will ship via eParcel Standard, eParcel Express, Couriers Please or StarTrack Express, at our discretion and depending on the service paid for by you. These carriers may change without prior notice.
  • Parcels in Transit: Once your parcel has left our warehouse, it is in the custody of the relevant postal service / couriers company.  Any enquiries during transit need to be taken up directly with the carrier, however if your parcel does not reach you within the estimated delivery time, please notify us and we will do our best to track and find your parcel for you. Contact us at support@zoomlite.com.au with your order number if you experience any delays beyond the timeframe indicated above.
  • Wrongly addressed parcels: Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address.
  • Melbourne Pickup - Moorabbin, Victoria: Pickup is possible by prior arrangement. Please finalise and pay for your order, put PICKUP in the order notes. You should then email us (or forward your emailed Tax Invoice) and specify that you want to pickup the order. We will then process your order and email you when your order is ready for pickup. We will email you the exact pickup location in this same email. You can then make arrangements to pickup your order between Mon - Fri and 10am to 4pm (excluding public holidays). You can pickup as long as we have your required item in stock.

 

New Zealand

  • We offer free shipping on orders over AU$50 to New Zealand.
  • All New Zealand orders are shipped by Express Post.
  • All orders under AU$50 will be charged a flat shipping fee of AU$20.
  • We reserve the right to charge any additional shipping charges in case of bulky items like suitcases. We will offer you a quote on receipt of your order. You have the right to accept the extra cost or get a full refund for your order.
  • All applicable customs and import duties and fees are charged by your local customs authority, not Zoomlite and will not be refundable by Zoomlite.  Some international countries may require additional customs and import duties and fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD), please contact your local customs office for detailed information on charges that may be incurred. These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Australia and therefore we are unable to reimburse you for any fee, taxes or duties incurred. 
  • Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your order. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your order, and in unusual cases may delay delivery.
  • As we are based in Australia and you are buying from an Australian company, we charge you for your order in Australian dollars. The actual price charged to international customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the credit or debit card company. Additionally your financial services provider may charge currency conversion and administration fees on purchases and any refunds we provide. We are not responsible for and will not reimburse any tax, charges, duties or fees. Please contact your provider for more information.

 

International

  • International shipping is free for all orders above AU$100 to appx 45 countries at this stage.
  • International shipping to the above countries is available at a flat fee of AU$20 for all orders under AU$100.
  • We do not offer international shipping on larger and bulky items.
