When things go wrong
Really happy to receive my first bag which after a few weeks use one of the zips broke. Returned this to Zoomlite who offered any replacement I chose to the same value of my initial spend. My emails were answered promptly by Ann and I received the replacement bag, delivered to my home free of charge a couple of days later.
No matter the level of quality control, sometimes things do go wrong. It is a measure of a company how they handle bonafide complaints/ queries.
We will purchase from Zoomlite again with increased confidence knowing this fair practice is their procedure.

It's Huge!
I already have a Zoomlite Florence Bag that I use nearly daily, but I was finding for flights or days when I have to carry more 'stuff' it wasn't quite big enough. The Zoe Crossbody Hobo bag fills that gap as it fits bigger documents and my iPad easily yet isn't too bulky to wear crossbody. I do wish it had interchangeable straps but that's a very small niggle!

This bag has a dedicated pocket that has been lined with a special material that has been designed to block the transmission of signals from your credit cards and passport to identity thieves with scanners. You must put your credit cards and passport in this dedicated pocket (which is clearly identified in every bag either with RFID logo printed on the lining or a label in the pocket) to secure your credit cards and passport.
Locking clips are provided on every bag. You can engage the zipper puller of one or more compartments to the locking clips. This will prevent opportunistic pick pockets from easily getting inside your bag's contents, as it will take them some time to disengage the pullers from the locking clips.
