The Essentials Travel Toiletry Bag is a structured cube that can't be folded, unlike most of our packing cubes.
The main material though is made from polyester which is water repellant. It should help protect against spills, but is not designed to be submerged in water.
That is the restriction for taking toiletries and other liquids on board as hand luggage. You can take larger amounts in your checked luggage.
